These terms apply when you use Dukan24x7 — the website, the store admin, the apps and the services around them — to sell online. By starting a trial or a subscription you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your business.
1. What Dukan24x7 provides
Software for shops to sell online: a storefront at its own web address, customer, store and rider apps, delivery zones, seller management, invoices with tax lines, payouts and reports. Features differ by plan, as listed on the pricing page.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details about yourself and your business and keep them up to date. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your staff accounts, and for keeping passwords private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
3. Trials, plans and billing
Prices are in Indian rupees; GST is added where it applies. A free trial lasts the number of days shown on your plan and is not charged. After it, your plan is billed for each period (monthly or yearly) in advance.
If a payment fails, the invoice becomes overdue and we tell you by email. If it stays unpaid after those notices, the store may be suspended until it is paid. You can change or cancel your plan at any time — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your store, products and customers
You are the seller to your customers. You decide your products, prices, taxes, delivery areas and policies, and you are responsible for them: for the products being lawful and as described, for any licence your goods need (for example food or medicines), for charging the right tax, and for delivery and customer service.
Your store’s content and your customers’ data belong to you. We process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Payments
Online payments from your customers go through the payment gateway you connect, under that gateway’s own terms; you can also accept cash on delivery. An online payment is treated as paid only once the gateway confirms it. Seller commissions and payouts are worked out from delivered orders according to the rates you set.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Dukan24x7 to sell illegal goods, to mislead or defraud anyone, to send spam, to break into or overload our systems, or to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend a store that does, and will tell you why.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We improve the product continually; if a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
8. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may end or suspend the service if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or for non-payment as described above.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Dukan24x7 is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Please write to us first — most problems are solved quickly that way.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email before a significant change takes effect.
