1. What we collect
When you ask for a trial, a quote, a callback or send us a question on this website: your name, phone number, email address, shop name, city, the plan you chose, your preferred call time and your message — whichever of these you fill in. We also record the IP address and browser the request came from, to keep out spam and abuse.
When you run a store on Dukan24x7: your account details and those of your staff, your business and billing details, and the store’s data — products, orders, customers and delivery addresses.
2. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and set up your store; to run, secure and support the service; to bill your subscription and send notices about it (such as invoices, reminders and trial reminders); and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Your store’s customer data is processed on your behalf, only to provide the service to you and your customers.
3. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run Dukan24x7, each for its own part: hosting and databases, email and SMS delivery, push notifications, maps, and the payment gateways you or we connect. We may also share information when the law requires it.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. The store admin uses what it needs to keep you signed in.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable time after, so we can follow up. Account and store data are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
6. Security
Connections are encrypted, payment-gateway credentials are stored encrypted, and access to data is limited to the people who need it to run and support the service.
7. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
8. Children
Dukan24x7 is a service for businesses and is not meant for children.
